We were contacted by someone from Berkeley about participating in an EV charging and ownership research project, Brooke Schmidt.

Brooke is a researcher with the University of California, Berkeley’s Transportation Sustainability Research Center. They’re currently working on a project exploring a variety of topics surrounding electric vehicle (EV) charging and ownership. From their message:

Our team wants to conduct focus groups with electric vehicle owners in Washington D.C.

During the focus group, participants will be asked a variety of questions on topics like EV charger access, use, and payment options. To determine participation eligibility, we ask that potential participants complete a pre-screener survey: https://berkeley.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_5vVU9jOVQjq40f4 . From there, we will select eligible participants and reach out to them using the contact information that they provide in the survey. The focus group will last around 1.5 hours and those who participate in the focus group will be compensated with a $75 gift card. Please feel free to share this information with the members of your group. If you have any other questions, please let me know.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any further questions.

Thank you,
Brooke Schmidt
