I was wondering if anyone has experience dealing with Tesla insurance. I got hit while stopped at a traffic light 10 days ago. Damage seems to be only cosmetic. Raised the claim with Tesla insurance on the day it happened. Since then I have only received an email from them that doesn't answer any questions. Had to schedule and cancel twice with the collision center in NJ (the MD center was fully booked until February). I would've expected better communication for a service we pay hundreds of dollars monthly.
Did anyone have to deal with them in the past? Can someone recommend a good collision center in the DC area?

Kledjan, sorry to hear about the minor accident. I haven’t heard any positive reviews of Tesla Insurance’s communications processes (although people only mention negative ones usually, so that doesn’t necessarily mean no one has had a good experience).
